Best Air Conditioner Repair in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

They sent a tech to my house while I was at work. The technician said we needed a new part and they would get back with us on a price. Days later still no response so my wife called them back and they sent out a supervisor. The supervisor quoted around 700 dollars to my wife. We decided to get a second opinion. Good thing. I dont know if they just mis diagnosed the problem or were trying to take advantage of a woman but all I needed was a Thermostat. That second opinion saved me 600 dollars.

We were impressed by the level of HVAC knowledge, low pressure sales pitch and professional of the installation of our new 4-ton HVAC residential system. FYI they do not get into small crawl spaces, even though I got in there to lay plastic and cardboard down for them. Took a half of a day off of work to be there for the repair only for Tony to tell me he is claustrophobic and he couldn’t do the repair.

Our hot water heater burst, and Borchelt was able to send out plumbers right away to help diagnose the problem and install a new water heater. They were incredibly kind and professional, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any plumbing repairs!

thanks to all the guys from Rolf Griffin. they were very friendly,informative and professional!Chad and Kevin removed the old boiler and hot water heater systems and installed the new all in 1 day! awsome job! 2 days later Ben came and repaired the leak under our slab. tested the system and fired up the boiler. great job by all! I highly recomend Rolf Griffin to anyone that needs heating or cooling work done in thier home. Thanks again guys for a job very well done!

Came out on June 7th to look at water softener and they took a water sample. I never heard back so I called on June 22nd and was told it would take up to two weeks to get results (it was already past two weeks, but ok) and they would be calling me shortly. It is now July 14th with no follow up by T&T so I have moved on. They will never be contacted by me again.
