Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

I got multiple estimates for a new Furnace and A/C for my home, before being recommended MJM by a friend. Their estimate came in lower than all the others (significantly lower than some companies), and they had still had the top of the line equipment I was expecting. The service technicians were prompt, friendly, and answered all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend MJM Mechanical to anyone shopping for a new HVAC system.

Very quick service. Called at 7:45 a.m. and repairman was here at 10 a.m. Worked on system and recommended several ways to deal with the problem. Very mindful of cost of repair versus replacement. Would highly recommend Poorman's!!

New installation of furnace, AC, and water heater. Arrived on time, technicians took the time to explain system operation as they were working. They helped load scrap metal and old systems in my truck to take to junk yard even though they would have taken trash with them. Price was right on quotes compared to other venders. Office phone calls were easy to work with. I wanted Trane, Carrier, or Bryant. The email quotes were easy to understand along with Trane pdf files.

Mark recently installed new kitchen faucets for us including an instant hot water dispenser. He found a leak in one of the water lines in the process and fixed it all up good as new. I'm sure he saved us from future water damage. We appreciate Mark's superior skills and his kind and friendly personality! He has worked on many other projects in our home and has never failed to deliver quality and dependable service. Look no further...he is the BEST!!!

Time in between was bc it is not a constant leak as I stated to them in the beginning.
I have a shower, which is believed to be leaking; however no one can seem to find out from where. It does not leak all the time. The gentleman from Borchelt & Sons, Inc came out to take a look (the leak came through my kitchen so the drywall is open which gives them access to see the pipes etc.). Long story short, he said it was the sealant/grout, that it had holes' in it (the shower was totally redone in 2016 bc this issue was happening (i purchased in 2013) I explained the above to him, bc I believe it is something with the pipes. He said he would do sealant and if that did not work to call them back and they would come back bc it was not fixed. He asked w to let it sit as long as I could minimum 2 weeks (I have 2 other full baths in the home) I let it sit about 1 month. I used it a few times after that and as normal, no leak right then, about 2weeks later, there it is leaking. I called them back out as the 1st worker told me to do. They came, the guy could not see it leak, but could see it had. All he did was put more sealant. Well, that did not work the first time but OK. They sent me a bill. I did not pay it. I called and asked for a manager. Spoke with one of them (a gentleman) I gave him the information, he pulled the invoices. He said so you don't want to pay the invoice i take it? I stated no, I would like to have it fixed. He raised his voice and said we're not touching that shower again! I'll void out this invoice but we're not touching that shower. I said in between his comment that is fine, if you can't fix it that should have been said in the beginning. He then said Fix it; it needs to be torn out and redone. So this is the manager of Borchelt & Sons, INC saying this to me AFTER they have already taken $387.50 from me and trying to get another $85.70 from me. REALLY!!! This is the type of business they do? Just HORRIBLE. His customer service was not at all that of a business owner who is trying to HELP his customer. His staff should have given me the information in the first visit, if that was the case (it could not be fixed or it needed to be redone). However, he is the ONLY one that has said that (I have had a couple others come and look at it) and again it was ONLY AFTER he took my money. I will be contacting the BBB to make a complaint and give a NEGATIVE rating.

Had Evan and Doug out today to help with a kitchen sink clog. Very thorough and quick. Made things easy to understand and helped with future plans.

Jonathan Clements was friendly and he did an excellent, thorough job for us. We'd definitely recommend him to others.

Adam and Austin came out to fix a burst pipe today and their professionalism and expertise really stood out! They fixed the problem quickly and on time! I appreciated the time they took explaining to me the problem and it's solution.Highly recommend Summers!

Had an issue with AC from a different home project they showed up on weekend diagnosed everything properly worked with contractor to take care of everything. ordered a replacement part arrived with replacement part at scheduled time and repaired everything. In a time where meeting expectations is not the norm they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they were going to do it.
