A scheduled service was made to our residence. Due to work related issues I was running about 5 min. late. Quickly calling Rolf Griffin Service Experts I was received with professional attention. They quickly communicated with Dispatch to contact our Service Technician to let them know my situation. I arrived at my residence and was apologetic. Our Service Technician was understanding and quickly went to work. Dan Delcamp was professional throughout our whole service. He informed me throughout the entire time of service as to what was happening. I appreciated his patience and professionalism. .He gave me a thorough explanation of the inspection sheet. Imagine our dismay and panic when we realized on December 24th that our newly installed kitchen faucet was leaking. We called around and was so relieved that Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling was available and arrived just a few hours later with a quick fix saving our Christmas Day dinner plans! I was having some issues with my water heater and needed it checked out. These guys gave me a list of options to replace and repair it. I decided on replacing it with a tankless heater. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
