I called around to may of the listed plumbers and got ranges from 900-1300, plus parts and a city permit fee to install a water heater??? The Plumbing Doctors came in gave me a price with everything that blew away everyone else, plus no garbage about Saturday premium?

Called them for a simple clog. They ended up busting my pipe because their plumbers were either too inexperienced or lazy to open the trap cap and unclog from there!!! Ontop of that they tried to blame us for the pipe leak firat until my husband had video and pics of the before and their after to prove it... UNTIL THEN THEY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS ON THEIR FAULT! THEN THEY CHARGE US TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE (WHICH I FIND RIDICULOUS IF U BREAK SOMETHING THAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE B4 U GO IN YOU SHOULD NOT CHARGE TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE!!!) THEY ORIGINALLY GAVE US A LOWER QUOTE ONLY TO HAVE THEM ADD 100 DOLLARS MORE WHEN THEY WERE DONE!!! STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY R NOT ONLY INEXPERINECEDB BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR MISTAKES!

Wow is all I can say Both good and bad!! To start, I had a water leak in my bathroom wall that was determined to be from a nail into my copper pipe from the other side of the wall that had been there for years and finally rusted away creating a leak. I called ceasar and he answered my call and said he would be there in 2 hours. He showed up on time at 230 pm. I didnt ask about his pricing as he had stellar reviews online and thought he would be fair with his pricing as others had stated? He determined what I figured was the problem and decided in order to fix the leak he had to break out some concrete. It took him an hour to break the concrete out about 12 inch half circle. This charge on my bill was $350.00. For one hour of labor!! He then replaced the leaking pipe with a 12 inch piece of copper and 3 fittings. This charge on my bill was $450.00. He had less than $10.00 in materials and a grand total of 3 hours of work. I also told him I would clean up the messs but he insisted and added that to the bill as well? I am posting this to let others know to ask about pricing before you hire this company!!! I have paid the price for future customers to understand what they are getting into. Work was done properly but as a home builder I have never paid $266.00 per hour for any plumber even ones who have helpers. There is expensive then there is excessive. Beware.

I just bought a house and used this company to perform part of the property inspectios. I was so pleased with Phil's service, he performed the plumbing video inspection and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was always on time, very friendly and provided written reports in a timely manner. I totally recommended this company!

Your attendant, Phillip was punctual and very professional. He was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions as well as explaining and confident in what the process was to fix the issue. The job was cleaned and clogging fixed. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism. The other attendant, Gus with the camera was also professional and even help me understand the recommendation he made for future service. Pésimo el dueño y el trato con los empleados.... abusa de ellos. No paga tiempo extra años trabajadores que tiene ilegales les paga muy mal...

I was anxious to get a plumber to my house and Rockys was my first call. Waited all afternoon and my call was never returned. So disappointing especially since we did so much business with his dad. Not very professional, in my humble opinion.
