A tenant of mine told me, the day before this past Thanksgiving day, that they had a clog in the main sewer drain line. I called Rodela & Sons Plumbing, informed them where the problematic issue was with detail, and their front office squeezed me in there busy schedule for that same day. They fixed the issue within 1 hour of my initial phone call, I am not exaggerating. Needless to say, they are now my primary go-to company next time a situation arises. I definitely recommend, especially for the billing/payment efficiency.

I called Ivan when my water heater stopped working. He found out the problem, called the manufacturer as it was still under warranty and ordered the part that broke. He was knowledgeable, reliable and quick to help even when the small repair turned into replacing the whole tank instead. His prices were also very reasonable. Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.

I so appreciate you guys. Ya'll are a lifesaver! No more dumping water under my kitchen sink...no more running toilet and no more leaking toilet! You guys are a God sent. Thank you for your awesome service!
