The plumber Kaiden did a superb job. The process was longer but lucky we found the issue. At first we thought it was just Glop of paper towels that my toddler flush down the toilet but at the end it was a hour glass she put in the toilet as a Souvenir. Kaiden made sure was job properly before he left. Keep up the superb job and go beyond to make sure the problem is fix before leaving the resident location. I most would do business with them again and try to get Kaiden again.

This is not the first time I have used their services. They have done a number of jobs for - from a simple toilet issue to major plumbing jobs regarding a team to fix. This time I needed a new faucet. What everyone needs to remember is that plumbing jobs cannot be diagnosed over the phone and sometimes in the process of doing a job, a bigger issue may be identified. I say this because the people before had a major issue and it took longer, so he could not come when promised -- but he called to keep me updated. He worked with me and my scheduled. I still had it fixed within 48 hours. His prices for me are reasonable because I have never had to call him back or anyone else to fix something he did. So you may be paying a tad more but it is worth. They also are respectful of your property and health, taking proper COVID measures.

We had an emergency leak through the floors coming from a broken pipe, not only were these folks the only ones who answered the phone on a Sunday, but they fixed it the same day. Abraham did a good job at detecting and repairing the damage. Definitely recommend to anyone in the EP area for their plumbing needs.
