They were extremely professional and punctual….. yes punctual…. Very hard to get people these days to be punctual. Much appreciated the job they did and a very reasonable cost as well!

Ivan did a great job. He met with the tenant and my property manager to arrange the inspection of the newly installed water heater. It passed the inspection so I am giving him an excellent rating!

We had a hidden leak coming from our exterior wall. Not only did Reliable get the issue identified and fixed but came out waaaay under the national brands. By my own mistake I overpaid which Reliable identified and corrected saving me even more. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.
