I called Mechanical Technologies and Katrina answered. She was very helpful.
Within 15 minutes Mike came over and fixed the issue. He also answered my questions.

My mom had called them to come over and give her an estimate they got the date wrong and never showed. She called them back they apologized rescheduled came over and gave her the estimate my mom was fine with it they scheduled a time and day when they would be ..and they never showed up she’s been calling and getting no response ..she drove to the address provided to find that it’s a postal annex office ..this business is not even a brick and mortar..just a PO Box..so disappointing..it wouldn’t have mattered to me but don’t screw over a 78 year old woman. SMH..

George Smith was our appliance repair guy and will be the only repair guy for us. He called a head of time to let me know when he would arrive. Affordable service charge. Military friendly and has access to post. We would recommend George to all military personal. Great experience. There could be some improvement with communication and answering phone calls or messages. Would be helpful to have more people at the office to return calls and etc. Seem hard to get a hold of once you have had somebody come out. Overall great service at reasonable prices.

Installed Rheem water heater. They did an outstanding job. They are definitely my go to plumbers from now on. I will recommend them to everyone. Very nice family, father and son team.

My experience with Sharp Plumbing has always been positive and today was no exception. I called shortly after 8 this morning to ask about a toilet repair. It is not even 1 and they already came, did the work, cleaned up and went on their way. Adrian and his son were very friendly, respectful and efficient. Great job!

They are the ONLY provider that has been on time, shows up and does a great job. They always call immediately to set up an appointment, they show up on time, are detailed with their repairs and explain what options are available. They don’t leave a mess and are SO friendly. They have worked on our bathrooms with plumbing work, fixed many electrical problems throughout our home. It is nice that we have found quality work. I would recommend them to everyone!

Plumber replaced copper tubing which was not the issue wasted 500.00 he did not check where the leak was coming from. The problem was the refrigerator tubing where the water was leaking.
