Victor was a pleasure to talk to and his prices are far better than any other company out there. They do everything up to code and do a great clean job. Hector Torres was the technician who showed up for the job. He was very professional, courteous and very pleasant to talk to. He explains everything in detail and shows exactly what he is going to do to remedy the issue. Don’t bother with this company. Totally unreliable. Kept me waiting all day and never showed. One day of work I missed. They don’t answer their phones after five. Blame it on bogus phone lines crossed. They got rehearsed excuses.

Don't bother calling them. They won't show up nor have the courtesy of calling you to tell you if, whenever their technician would show up.

I called and the person on the phone said, I will have someone right over. Two hours passed, so I called again. His answer was I will check what's going on and call you right back. Here I am writing this review, about an hour and a half after he told me he will call me right.
