Best Clogged Plumbing in El Paso TX

$500 & my drain still isn't unclogged. Poor management. Wasn't willing to work on the issue just charged me and ran!

Recommend for your leaky pipes.

Called in for some information. Was completely shut out and couldn't even finish my sentence. Interrupted me while I was trying to convey my issue. Would recommend some customer service classes for the phone operator. Only reason they gained an extra star was answering the phone call in the first place unlike many of the other places I've tried.

My elderly mother called this company to have a problem with her bathtub/plumbing fixed. Jaime showed up and fixed the problem, or so we thought. My mother was charged $160 and the bathtub/plumbing issue was not fixed. Now Plumbing Experts is saying that the cost to fix the issue is going to cost over $400. My mother asked if the $160 would be credited toward the cost of fixing the issue and they said that they would only credit her half ($80) towards the repair.

These people are thieves. They charged for a service they did not provide, and are now asking for more money to repair what they should have in the first place.

Never showed up. Failure to call and say they would be late or never arrive. I took off from work to wait for them. They never arrived. I waited five hours for them. I called them twice to see if they would make it. All they could tell me was they were behind on their work. I won’t be calling them again.

Cesar performed a HUGE repair on my property in Canutillo, and I would give him six stars if I could. We were incredibly impressed by his professionalism and his ability to figure out what our issue was, and the straight to the point opinions on how to get it fixed. I was anxious to get a plumber to my house and Rockys was my first call. Waited all afternoon and my call was never returned. So disappointing especially since we did so much business with his dad. Not very professional, in my humble opinion.
