Alfredo and Omar came out to run a new drain line for our sink, as well as install our new faucet and garbage disposal. They were communicative, friendly, timely, professional, and went the extra mile to teach me where another contractor didn’t complete their work on our kitchen update. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Awesome!! I use CW and Full Stack for our construction company (renovations, new builds etc) and have never had an issue. This call was for my Church, we had them take care of a difficult commercial triple sink installation. Communication was great, showed when they stated, knock3ed the job out fast AND cleaned up after.

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

We've used a variety of plumbers at our house, and Bull City Plumbing is by far the best. The owner, Tray Boone, is an awesome guy and a great plumber. He quickly diagnosed a problem we were having with the hot water in our shower and fixed it during a subsequent visit in the amount of time it took me to walk my dogs around the block. I've had other plumbers try to charge an arm and a leg for parts, but Tray had the new shower part directly shipped to us at no cost. I'd definitely use Bull City Plumbing again, and encourage you to give them a call.

Brian helped us with a handful of nagging plumbing issues. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had service during Covid19 and he wore a mask the entire time and social distanced while working. We have found our “go to” guy for plumbing needs! Thanks Brian!

The HVAC technician, Bruce, from Blantons Air Plumbing was absolutely wonderful! He really took the time to show & explain to me everything that was happening with my AC system. He was very thorough and very professional. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this company. I will be using them again.

This company tried to charge me $185 to literally come and place puddy in my bathtub drain. The service men did not seem very enthused in trying to determine the real source of the problem. Only, after I called the owner Jimmy did he decide to knock off $25. Still, I could not believe he was charging me $160. Then to top it all off the puddy never fixed the problem! My bathtub still leaked thru my dining room ceiling! I called the very next day and Jimmy tells me he is going to charge me yet another service charge to come out again?!!? I complained again about the price, and then he says he will not charge me a service fee, but he will have to charge me to find the source of the problem and fix it AGAIN! At this point I told Lane Plumbing that I no longer wanted to do business with him. I do not trust this company's ethics just as the last reviewer wrote. I instead called Matthew's plumbing service and the service man fixed the issue in less than an hour and I was not overcharged!

UPDATE: Matthews Plumbing is coming back to our home at no charge and worked very hard to find the source of the leak. As I stated earlier, Lane Plumbing talks a good game over the phone, but please know this company WILL overcharge their customers as the last poster and the YELP reviews state. I have yet to find such unprofessionalism in a business. The owner actually called another plumbing company to discuss the work done at my home and berate me b/c I left him a bad google review. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.

I am absolutely 1000% happy with this company! They were timely, they were professional, they were honest and most importantly compassionate to my mom who just finished her chemo and radiation, by coming out over the weekend to help us get a new ac unit.
