STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, WHAT A RIP OFF!!
I contacted Carrbor plumbing because it had very good reviews, big mistake. Although the technician was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, I truly feel I got over charged. When a customer is asking how much something will cost, then the expectation is that you are giving an accurate estimate. I was told that because of part of my job was unique it was uncertain how many hours it would take but I was given an a worst case scenario of 4 hours I was told the cost would be $600.00. Well the job only took 2 1/2 hours but because of parts that were used my bill was over the estimated amount. If I'm asking for a cost I expect that parts are a part of that estimate. If the plumber has been in this trade for any amount of time he should be able to estimate parts, fairly close at least. Also, the parts mark up was ridiculously high, over double what it would cost to buy them at home depot. The technician also claimed that he changed an aerator on the bathroom sink (because it was corroded) which is absolutely false as I just changed that aerator 2 or 3 months ago with free ones I got from a Duke Energy program. I will never use this company again.

Dave was very professional and nice. He is reasonably priced and will tell you the truth about your plumbing problem, walk you through the problem, and show you the problem. I will definitely use him again in the future for any plumbing problems.

Great service! The technician very quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. He also went out of his way to show me how to fix the issue myself should it happen again. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Our hot water heater died on Friday afternoon and Full Stack Plumbing answered the phone (thanks Samantha!), discussed the issue with us, and got us squeezed in for a quick and easy replacement. They stayed in touch, called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done. Very nice people, professional, and great at what they do. I'll definitely be calling Full Stack again for our plumbing needs! Thank you so much for being there! Over many years VDH Plumbing have given us excellent service. They are very prompt in responding to a call and getting the job done. They offer a wide variety of plumbing services, are very professional and reasonable. I would not trust our plumbing needs to anyone else but VDH.

I can't say enough about what a comfort it is to have a trustworthy, honest plumber! Tray is great, as is the rest of the team...always responsive and punctual, with clear communication. I had a kid emergency come up and couldn't be there when Tray came to fix a couple toilets, but knowing I could leave my home open to him and still get the work done was a HUGE relief! CDK plumbing is wonderful. I called them originally to fix my water heater. The owner, Dan, came over right away to diagnose the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly. They are very reliable, do great work, and are priced fairly. Since then, I've called on them a couple more times for other plumbing needs.

How do I give negative stars? That's what they deserve, if that.

They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours didn't work.

Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.
