I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

This company is definately top notch. We had a major water heater leak and were facing alot of repairs to our finished lower level due to water damage that occured over the Memorial day weekend. I called Full Stack on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning they came out and assessed the problem as well as options for what type of water heater would be best to install to prevent this from occurring again. By 1 that afternoon everything was fixed. They did a fantastic professional job on the installation and they were very fairly priced. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if I need any other repairs done.

We reached out to Streamline Plumbing to help with installation of a purchased whole house well water treatment system. After discovering the system would not accomplish what we were hoping to do (soften our hard water and make sure it was free from bacteria), we were able to return this system and go with a system that saved us well over $1000 thanks to Chad's advice and thorough explanation on our water profile and what a different system could accomplish. Chad was professional, efficient, and his installation job was great. Furthermore, Chad took an after hours call after installing our system to help us troubleshoot an unrelated septic system question and was genuinely concerned about our situation even though it was unrelated to the work we had him do. Very honest and professional group and I would definitely recommend Streamline for any plumbing needs.

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.
