I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Jimmy, aka Bar D, and Eric came to my house at the specified time, assessed a drain clog that had already been attacked (unsuccessfully) by another plumber, pulled out their clog specific tools, and fixed everything for a fair price! They also gave me a price after they assessed the repair, AND warned me that it'd be more if the first method didnt work.

I feel fortunate to have found Bar D. I felt they gave me good work, honesty, timeliness, and a fair price.

We remodel homes for a living and this company of guys are by far the most professional and easy to work with. Oscar Joseph is my management contact and he knows how to make it happen. David did our full replacement of our current remodels HVAC system. He did an outstanding job. Man knows his stuff. Roy and Adam did all of the plumbing and prepared the house for all plumbing trim, dishwasher lines and made sure we were going be able to meet code. Their knowledge and work ethic is fantastic. Today Derek and Dominic came to install the shower trim, toilet, adjust the toilet flange, and all the faucets, etc. Once again top notch professionalism and work. From start to finish and follow up by Oscar Joseph throughout the process I will only use 1-800 Plumber + Air for all my future investments. This is how a company should be ran.

Okay... I admit I'm pretty impressed. I didn't honestly think that all of the reviews were legit but they definitely lived up to that standard.One of my thermostats went bad and after buying a new one, I could not get it to work. Called Happy Home was they had someone out here in less than 2 hours.Alex came and ran into the same issue I did. He checked the entire system, control board and other points and everything checked out. Alex also didn't mind me watching what he was doing or asking questions. After ruling out the rest of the system he wanted to take one more look at the box... and there was the ticket.Turns out the newer Honeywell Thermostats are wired differently in a very minor way. The original wiring had R/Rx jumpered so I duplicated that in the way directions say (Tab down). Moved the tab to up... and system started to work.Alex was professional, knowledgeable and took down notes about his new model thermostat for future reference. The bill was less than I expected for 10pm at night work (~$200). Typically it's $300+.Definitely calling them next time I need work done now that One Call (don't use them) bought Green (were awesome).

These people are a complete and utter rip-off. They refuse to give me a price quote when I schedule an appointment. They fail to show up to the appointment despite having a 4-Hour window. When they finally show up the next day after my calling to remind them three more times, they look at the drain for 30 seconds and then jump straight to charging me $450 for running all their deluxe gear from their truck to my kitchen, to unstop a clog that can't be more than a couple of feet from the base pipe. For that money I'll buy the freaking equipment and do the work myself.

I can't say enough good tings about PK Plumbing. Edwin is responsive, flexible, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly (sink replacement and toilet repair), provided a quote, and then began work. He even helped advise me on a side project I was doing at the time (installing an RODI for my aquarium fish), and when I tried to tip him for that extra effort he politely refused. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares for his customers. Thanks Edwin!

It was refreshing to work with a service provider who respects your time and makes every effort to be on time. This is what Justin did and, in addition, he takes the time to explain the issue and solution.

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
