I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Gabriel was very helpful in answering plumbing inspection questions and explaining how he would clean out our Rinnai hot water heater. He also gave me professional advice regarding a recently installed hot water recirculating pump and smart switch.

The team from Bar D was fantastic. We had a pipe freeze with subsequent kitchen floor and garage flooding. Dalton and his crew arrived quickly and enabled rapid mitigation (as walls, floors, and cabinets were removed). They then followed through, coordinating with other contractors as we refinished floors and reassembled the kitchen and other plumbing. They were professional, worked quickly, and produced neat, high quality work. They were also mindful of the fact that we still were living in our house with kids and kept their impact to a minimum. We would work with them again for other needs, and recommend Bar D highly!

The 800Plumber and Air team did an excellent job on doing a HVAC repair and replacing a toilet for me. David checked my HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your HVAC or Plumbing.

I have used Comfort Eng . / newly Happy Home Residential for at least 25 years now . Always have been happy with the service until yesterday when they sent a service tech out named Josh I was taken back as to how non personal and cold this man was letting me know very little about what he found with my unit he serviced . Less than 24 hours after he left my AC system went down ! I called for emergency repair and they sent out John Ortega who was very experienced and explained everything it could be and what he found after inspecting the unit . It seems the transformer was sitting in water and had blown out for moisture that was collecting in the tray . A very obvious problem yet totally missed by Josh !John Ortega did an outstanding job getting me back up and running and seemed to really care about my satisfaction . He went above and beyond to make me happy even trying to reduce the emergency call charges !I am happy this was resolved but would ask that Happy Home select employees for customer service like John Ortega ......and let the ones like Josh stay in the office and just answer the phone .Well two weeks later my whole system blew up and burned filling the house with smoke . I called Happy Home in the middle of the night and a service tech came and explained it was a total loss and that a manager would be out in the morning to give me my options for replacement . I met Steve Rice on Friday morning and signed a contract for a brand new system costing 12 K ........ Steve helped me get through the sticker shock and even made financing easy for me ! Good guy ......The install crew came first thing Monday morning and got me well on the way so by Tuesday afternoon I was cool and comfy once again . Alston Gregory and Andre were great to work with and gave me a whole new level of appreciation for the happy home team . I will always know now that what ever happens( Florance ! ) I can count on Happy Home to get me back up and running ......Good Job Everyone !I am now a Happy Customer with a Happy Home ......I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a HVAC team they can trust and feel like Family !Lee VeaseyLee

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
