Our pump alarm started sounding and we needed someone to come take a look as soon as possible. Bar D was recommended by a trusted contractor when our regular plumber wasn't certain they could get us in on the same day. Bar D was super responsive and came out the same day within a few hours. The technician was professional and informative. He let us know what the issue was and how he was going to address it problem and took care of it. I would use Bar D again.

Needing to replace my HVAC was not fun. I knew it was going to be stressful and expensive. My neighbor recommended Happy Home while, interestingly enough, I was having my current AC looked at by someone else. I feel good about my decision to eventually go with Happy Home. Everyone on the phone and in my home was professional, kind, and thorough. I didn't choose the cheapest option but I am happy to say that my energy bill continues to go down, my air is cleaner, the AC is amazingly more efficient and quiet. Happy customer with Happy Home.

I’m so appreciative Roto Rooter was able to come asap on a Sunday, when I was surprised with a flooded first floor! They were great, too things in hand, helped me understand the prices and just what they do, returned 8 days in a row to rip up flooring, remove furniture and fixtures, dry and sanitize the home. Very responsive, VERY helpful.

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
