He gave me options and reassurances. I was very impressed at his knowledge and professionalism, and he did leave me with a huge sigh of relief and peace of mind. Very pleased with the work David performed replacing main shut off valve and pressure regulator. He and his helper were very efficient with their work. He is my go-to plumber from now on.

Worked with Matt and Omar to replace a faulty gas valve on the water heater. They were very helpful and gave me tips to make sure I get reimbursed (the part was recalled) and for general maintenance. They called ahead to let me know when they would be there and were on time. Would definitely recommend.

The Plumbserve guys were quick and courteous and conclusively fixed our problem. They were very trustworthy and did not offer to do any unnecessary work. I also liked how they helped educate about the problem and what things we might want to do in the future.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We have used Bull City for everyone of our plumbing/hvac projects: washing machine drain system (Trey) new hvac system (Trey), leaking dishwasher (Kenny) gas line for stove (Kenny). I make it a point to get bids for each project from 3-4 different companies. Bull City keeps beating the prices and do high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, upfront, and honest plumber. Both Kenny and Trey are good people and I trust them.

Bruce gave us a heads-up for his planned maintenance home visit 2 days prior to his arrival. The day of his arrival we also received 2-hours advance notice of his appearance. He arrived promptly at the promised time!After a brief explanation of his purpose & plans he went straight to work! When his work was completed he explained what he had done (and why) and was on his way. I had to leave before he finished his work - so he gave the details to my wife. His details were easy to follow and were accompanied by step-by-step summaries (reasonings)! He was very courteous, patient, and respectful and he left both my wife and I feeling VERY satisfied with the entire experience!!!

Shout out to JR Lane Plumbing. They got the job done for us. Walked us through the entire process of the main water line replacement. They were very knowledgeable and the staff and technicians were reliable, they followed up with us every step of the way. We could not even tell they were at the house to install a new line. Our yard was cleaned up and put back just as before they did their work. Service was a 10!

100% recommended. Our laundry machine started overflowing - we were originally worried it was a clog of some sort, but turns out the pipe had collapsed. Ethan was prompt, responsive, and took care of the issue. Very professional service and highly communicative. Definitely our go-to plumber for any services we might need in the future.

Great job done by Ray Carson.He did AC maintenance job from the ground floor AC UNIT and upstairs AC unit in my attic.This is first time we are getting the service from Streamline.Here after we have 3 more service from them for my 3 year's Old Row home 🏠.Great job.

Josh B. is very experienced with our heat pump system. He is pleasant and efficient and always diagnoses and repairs our problem. We ask for him whenever we have problems.

Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
