The work they did was great, and their staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with them in my family's home doing the work, and they took the time to ask questions if they weren't sure of what we wanted. I'd highly recommend them.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable.
