I will use no other plumbing company but ONLY Plumbserv. Why? I got to meet the owner, Sam, what a great guy and then I got to know some of his staff, Dale. All I can say is this team will make sure the job gets done right! Sam will give honest advice and his team gets it done right first time, giving me piece of mind. I have had several jobs done at my property and I will only use Plumbserv. Thanks Sam, Dale and team for taking care of me and my family!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

This company did a perfect job. And cleaned up 94% behind themselves too!!
I still need a carpenter to clean up some spaces that gave them access to the pipes.

For the age of the house ... I might have lost a tiny bit of vintage (old water fixtures, etc.) but the loss is still a gain made up for in performance of water pressure.
My hot water had become a trickle in my kitchen.
My shower was running almost 100% hot to just make it hot enough.
Replumbing isn't a small thing..

I'm only typing all this because I know from experience (again ... 85+ year old house) how hard it to find a plumber that is this good...

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! The pricing was fair, and I would not hesitate to call Rooter-Rooter again.

My water bill had jumped $30.00 and I thought I had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Roto-Rooter came to the rescue, determined the problem- small leak in floater--didn't increase costs with unnecessary parts, just replaced what wasn't working. Friendly plumber, efficient service and cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with the work-done. 3 days before Christmas!

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.
