Pure-Line Plumbing Plumber
I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Blanton's Air, Plumbing, & Electric Plumber
Travis from Blanton’s is amazing! He was super friendly and extremely professional. He had some recommendations for some upgrades to my HVAC system but wasn’t pushy or in anyway like a sleazy salesman just trying to get my money for things I don’t need. I intend on getting the upgrades he suggested though, when my budget allows. Thanks so much for the exceptional service!

J.R. Lane Plumbing Plumber
Woke up Monday morning and found water all over kitchen counter top and a puddle of water on the floor. I have a second floor so I assumed my upstairs bathroom was leaking. Called lane plumbing supervisor said eta was a hour to hour and half. Hour and 46 minutes go by I call back supervisor says another hour his guys are still at another job. So after waiting four hours two plumbers finally showed up. I showed them where the water was and the wet towels from cleaning up the water. So the plumbers go upstairs run water in both bathrooms and come back downstairs and look in ceiling and dont see anything. They Go outside and check water meter--' oh, your water meter not running--- so you don't have a leak. This is after only after 15 minutes of inspecting. So i ask the guys to explain where the water came from and was told they don't know but I don't have a leak--I wish they could of seen the water. So they go outside said they have to call the supervisor. I'm thinking they are calling to troubleshoot the problem. Little do I know they called to find out how much to charge me. One guy comes back in and tells me ma'am we didn't see anything it's going to be $125. So at this point im irritated. So i express my concerns and asked the guy to explain why the sink cabinet is wet. I was told he feels it's wet but don't know where the water came from maybe from underneath. Then he comments maybe it's coming from your fridge. How the hell is it coming from the fridge when water was all over the counter top and the fridge is on the opposite side of the kitchen. So i express my concerns again and ask why am I paying for a problem that isn't solved. So the guy calls the supervisor. The supervisor states it's a diagnostic fee because we came to figure out the problem. So i state to the supervisor your plumber just admitted to seeing the cabinet under the sink is wet but claim I don't have a leak. This makes no since obviously something is leaking. Long story short after going back and forth the supervisor states well I can give you $20 off but I have to get my guys out of there. This seriously struck a nerve. I just waited for hours for the plumbers to arrive and had to call out of work because the eta was way off. After waiting they only spent 15 mins looking just to tell me you have no leak they don't know where the water came from. So the fee was paid and my problem wasn't solved. Oh I was told if I call and say were the leak is coming from they will come out and fix it. Lol what was the point of me calling?

First off please don't lie on our conversation because the original phone call at 9:50am mr.lane didn't go over any prices nor did I ask . I called said I had a leak think it's coming from upstairs and was told I some would be there within hour to hour and a half. I said ok and hung up after verifying my information. I honestly didn't care about the price figured I would be charged something. My issue is being charged and not getting any answers and no one showing any concern. Also if I would of know the plumber was going to call 30 minutes pior to coming why would I call after waiting hour and 45 minutes to what the eta would be. It was at that time mr.lane said it would be another hour because his guys was tied up at another job because they had to go buy a toilet. Then he informed me I would receive a phone call when they were on there way, not to worry. I said ok thank you and hung up. So no your policies is not explained to every customer maybe that practice should be put into play. Oh and by the way the water was coming from the kitchen sink faucet and spray thingy.

Joseph Rose Plumbing Plumber
100% recommended. Our laundry machine started overflowing - we were originally worried it was a clog of some sort, but turns out the pipe had collapsed. Ethan was prompt, responsive, and took care of the issue. Very professional service and highly communicative. Definitely our go-to plumber for any services we might need in the future.

Bailey's Plumbing, Heating And Cooling Plumber
Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

ARS / Rescue Rooter Plumber
I WILL NOT USE ARS ANYMORE. I just want to highlight a few things for visibility and to save others money. I have used ARS several times and each time they have tried to take advantage of me and get as much money as they can. If you see this be wary of their practices of overcharging and using manipulating tactics. See my story below for details. The first time I needed them to come out they did fix my heat pump issue. They charged about $500 and as a new homeowner I didn’t have any other reference point. I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan assuming they would come out and tune up my heat pump. They show up for the scheduled maintainer and within 30 minutes I’m told that the heat pump won’t last more than a few days…it’s on its last leg and it’s an emergency to get a salesman out to get me some estimates on a new machine. I declined and my heat pump ran fine for 6 months. This weekend I used them again because of an emergency as the heat pump stopped working in 100 degree temps. I was charged $1200 for what I came to find out should be $200-400 replacement of a capacitor. Then they send out a salesman to get me to purchase a $15k new system.ARS will act like the sky is falling every time they touch your hvac. The only solution will be to pay $10k-$20k to get a new system installed. Save your money and find a better company.

A1 Electrical HVAC LLC Plumber
During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.
