We recently had Plumbserve, LLC install the main water line when we went from a well to using municipal water. We got quotes from several other plumbing companies as well. Plumbserve was the most knowledgeable as well as provided the best quote. Another company’s quote was about 3x what Plumbserve quoted, for exactly the same work! The Plumbserve tech that did the main work did an excellent job, especially with explaining everything and patiently answering all of my many questions. I definitely recommend them!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.

The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

I chose Legacy Plumbing initially based on online reviews. The first job was small: replacing a kitchen faucet. Joe Hollis was the plumber assigned for that job. Technician came to our house from 1:15-1:30 today to drain a kitchen sink. The charge is $315.99. I do think this place charge a lot higher than other companies we have used before.

Tony was an excellent choice for our plumbing needs. He was prompt, explained various options clearly, and very fairly priced. I especially liked that I dealt with him directly and didn't have to go through a corporate office or representative.
