Best Water Main in Durham NC

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

Appreciate Sim's diligence in checking every last possibility.... and finding the problem!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

The AC was not working properly at my rental house and I called Blanton's based on my father's recommendation. They were out quickly, didn't try to sell me on a bunch of expensive items, but made a diagnosis and reasonable recommendations. It was all done over the phone, the tech was friendly, competent, and easily understood. I had a million things going on and thankfully did not have to worry about my rental property - thanks!

No one showed up, I called back and they told me the man was out of town for the weekend. I said ok, so I guess that was more important than the appointment that he made with me. And the girl said I guess so. No way to run a business !!

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

I contacted Streamline to get an estimate on replacing my water heater with a tankless water heater, I was kept up to date as to the arrival time of the technician throughout the day. The technician Matthew was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The estimate from Streamline was very detailed and in line with other estimate that I’ve received. I will be contracting with Streamline to replaced my water heater with a tankless one due in large part to the professional manner in which they have conducted themselves thus far.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.

Mr. Christian Martinez was very professional in assessing what work needed to be done during the diagnostic process and again when returning to change out the necessary parts for my HVAC unit. He was very thorough in answering all questions I had concerning the parts replaced and the installation of the Air Scrubber unit that he also recommended & installed. I have had Bernie do several projects around our house to prepare it to go on the market. He has done a thorough job on everything and the latest was painting the interior of our home. It is the absolute best paint job I have ever had. Not a drop of paint or stray line anywhere to be found! He is trustworthy and cares about doing things right and makes sure his customers are happy.
