I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We had a leak under the house and Justin come out and replumed the entire crawlspace the next day. The work is high quality and gets done on time! Joseph was our technician for throughout this process. Out a/c went out a few days ago. Joseph arrived, he was very professional he wasted no time getting to work and diagnosing the problem. Once the part came in Joseph came back out. He completed his work order thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He was very patient and any questions we had he answered with no problem. We appreciate amount of professionalism and knowledge he displayed. We will always use ARS.

We were in contact with Axis as part of a restoration project. They did a great job on that so we used them again when we found that the connector to the ice maker was needing repair. They are professional, knowledgeable, good people. We will use them again for plumbing services.
