This company is FANTASTIC!!!!! They have a technician named Jimmy who is hands down the best plumber I have ever seen!!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has household repairs!!!!!!

I was fortunate enough that my Home Warranty Company put me in touch with After Hours Plumbing. My experience with obtaining contractors through the warranty is very up and down, but that's my experience when I've tried to vet and locate contractors on my own as well.

This outfit though..... Top notch! They didn't keep me or my wife waiting, were on time, performed the job quickly and effectively but most importantly GREAT PEOPLE. Smaller company with under 10 employees means that they value character in the people they bring on as employees and coworkers. THAT STILL MEANS SOMETHING TODAY.

Alfredo (just a good dude- great hair too!) was incredibly informative and honest about the CPVC pipes that are littered throughout my house. Was not only able to replace with PECS but give me an honest answer to some of my concerns about how the previous owner had repaired previous problems.

Peace of mind is something that is hard to come by these days. If you have a plumbing problem- these guys will not only give you peace of mind that you won't be under water, they do free estimates, and most importantly YOUR hard earned dollar is going to a business and the families of GOOD PEOPLE, Thank you guys! Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Remarkably good and honest. Here's one story that illustrates:

- We had raw sewage coming out of our basement drain - the result of some odd plumbing decisions made by a prior owner combined with a grey water system modern houses don't have (our house was built in the 1930s)

- Given the odd setup, the team initially tasked with our house decided to bring in Curry, the firm's owner, for additional perspective. On his first visit (the firm's second), he outlined a fairly extensive (and expensive!) rerouting of the plumbing. We readily agreed to that.

- But Curry acknowledged that he wasn't sure - and asked if he could return again with additional equipment before we moved forward. Of course, we agreed. On his return, Curry was able to identify the odd but generally workable setup that had caused the original problem and confirm that so long as a key pipe that had become blocked up is properly maintained, the multi-day plumbing exercise we'd been braced for was not needed.

Ken was very knowledgeable, spent time with us to determine the right solutions and brought the VDH crew same day to complete all of our projects at the best price. Highly recommend!

Brian came by as scheduled, performed the needed repair in a bathroom and ordered a part for another small problem in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very reasonable. He is now our plumber of choice.

Garrett and Zack from Blanton's did an absolutely stellar job on a complete re-device, 20A circuit installation, and repairs in my breaker panel. They were punctual, friendly, professional, and skilled in the execution of their work. I have come to expect a high level of service and professionalism from Blanton's, and these two gentlemen absolutely met and even exceeded my expectations. Blanton's and their customers are lucky to have professionals like Garrett and Zack on the team.

When i called for quote, the woman on the phone hung up immediately. It was very rude and unprofessional. It should be a family bushiness. A reputable company wont do that.

Let me start by saying Matt is a very nice young man. However, it appeared he was not experienced enough to find the low voltage short in my HVAC system. After an hour and a half or so, he ended up calling his supervisor (Vic) for assistance. I assume the total time to resolve my issue is a factor in the billing. The total time (about 3hrs) I believe could have been less if he would have called for assistance sooner.

Very professional and efficient work. Will call again for any plumbing I need in the future.

Erik was very helpful. While he was in the attic, he discovered a leak in our roof and promptly reported it to me. He explained things clearly and was very professional. I highly recommend ARS.

Quick to respond to a backed up sewer problem at a rental property.

We've been using Gene for about a year now, both on our rental property and the house we live in. He's a trustworthy, honest person with tons of experience who does great work. He's great and we don't consider calling anyone else.

Came home to a major leak from upstairs bath that leaked into the downstairs was really freaked. Called right away, they were out within the hour. Assess the situation was fixed in a few minutes. Out The Door Plumbing was excellent to deal with. Really appreciate the booties did not have to even ask. With young children it’s a nice extra.
Would definitely recommend.
