We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

I called them at 715 am and they were here before 9am. Polite and professional pulled out my old water heater in the attic and replaced it in less than 3 hours. Top shelf service.

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

They where very respectful courteous and willing to earn my business. They where even very respectful and courteous after loosing a sale to a very competitive bid. They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours didn't work.

Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.
