We had a very good experience with Carrboro Plumbing.Technician Sim was here right on time, and resolved our problems (fixing leaking supply to toilet and cleaning clogged sink drain) quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them, and will call on them again.

This company showed up on time and replaced a mixing valve for a shower. They were very friendly and very professional. The repair was completed in a timely and competent manner. When I needed an adjustment almost a year later within that warranty period they answered the phone promptly and came back within a few days as agreed. They made the additional adjustments to my satisfaction with no additional charges. In an era when it is so difficult to find someone you can trust and is professional and honors their warranty, this company checks all those boxes. PlumbServe sent out a technician to see about my leaking bathroom sink. They replaced a gasket and were in and out within 30 minutes. Very polite guys working there.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Curry and his team (Kim, Samantha), were the only company that was responding over the weekend I reached out to. They pro-actively ordered the water heater that I was interested in. Good communication and excellent service. Scheduled CDK Plumbing to come out and replace a water heater. Scheduling was easy and price was better than most. They adjusted the quote based on several changes to things that I requested, including a replacement of the main water shutoff valve. They arrived on time and were efficient and courteous about getting the water heater replaced. Would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. Streamline sent out a technician to my house within 20 minutes. Will was very professional, explained everything well, and had my 14 years old water heater replaced with a new one by 1:30 this afternoon. I could not ask for a better service on this New Years Eve. I found their pricing to be very reasonable as well.

How do I give negative stars? That's what they deserve, if that.

They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours didn't work.

Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.

Our AC unit serving our bedroom was not functioning on a very hot Saturday. Various technicians we called either did not respond or would not work on Saturday. .However ARS did respond and sent an outstanding technician,Michael Holmes.He arrived at our home (a gated community in Chapel Hill) very promptly.He diagnosed our problem quickly. It needed a new circuit board (quite an expensive , specialized item)- He did not have to order one, he had it on his truck! It took a while to install it and to make sure that all was working. We will be sleeping in a cool bedroom tonight!
