David returned our call quickly, and arrived when he said he would. He made a quick, through, and logical leak check. He found and fixed a leaking pipe right away. Another plumbing company failed to do this the day before. David knows is buisness and we really appreciate him and his work.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

The service these guys give is top notch. Not only are they professional but they are personable. They get the job done in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost with excellent work. You really can't go wrong hiring these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and handy. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs!

Our Tech Joe was great! We just moved into a new home, and the delivery of our washer was improperly done. Joe was able to diagnose the issue immediately, and fix the issue, and subsequent foul smell in a matter of minutes!

Had ARS out to perform seasonal service and they stated I needed $5000 in repairs and advised to get a new system heating and a/c. Salesman from ARC came out next day and quoted me a price and said they could have it installed in one day and they could come out 4 days later to do so. I thought what good service. I called Micheal & Son to get a second quote and they performed some maintenance and said my system was fine. BEWARE OF ARS GET A SECOND OPINION

apparently the toilet was not install correctly by the house builder, it significantly increased the difficulty for the repair work. But it got done beautifully without extra charge

We awoke to backed up showers and toilets. BarD Plumbing came out that morning and fixed the problem. The scheduler kept me informed of times. Mr Jimmy explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I’ve got them on speed dial now if any future work is needed.

Very happy with Alternative Plumbing's service. We have a chronically ill child, so Gene was extremely respectful in wearing a mask and following Covid protocols in our home. He was very clean, fast, professional, and did excellent work. I would not hesitate to use him for any of our plumbing needs.

Zach checked our two outside water meters, as requested, and he explained how to turn the irrigation system and interior house water off, if needed.
