I was in a crunch. I'm 73 expecting my first inhouse guest in over a year in a few days and my guest toilet broke. I located a plumbing company that promised next day service but then they canceled that offer the next day and couldn't come until the day after my guest. I immediately contacted PlumbServe and they fitted me into their busy schedule for the next day. The repairman was prompt, friendly and very informative and mostly patient with an old lady explaining everything to me. Besides the toilet he also fixed my bathtub knob that has been falling off for 2 years due to missing screw, looked over my plumbing under my kitchen sink and eased my mind. I would definitely encourage using this company to everyone.

Mitchell and his apprentice Jacob were very professional. He ran the diagnostic and came up with the proper fix. Even though they didn't have the parts needed on hand, they ran to the supply house and obtained the parts and came back in a timely fashion and performed the install. Our realtor recommended Brian Janes and RDU Plumbing to address a list of issues with the new home we were purchasing, including repairs, replacement of the water heater, and the installation of a whole home water. He provided us a fair and thorough estimate. He followed through arriving on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work. He went about his work quickly and efficiently and we could immediately see the results of the work. He was always available to communicate by text or phone, and reacted perfectly when we added an extra item. Brian finished on time and the bill matched the estimate. My wife told Brian he is our guy for plumbing work in the future.

Had a main water supply line break and called 3 different companies to come out and assess the situation. One company never returned the call. The other company called back 2 days later and said their crew was on the way over but wanted to know how much pipe they needed to bring. I asked them to come out and inspect what the problem was first but they refused. Stated they could come run new pipe that day but if I wanted just an estimate, it would take them 3 weeks to arrive!!

But luckily the 3rd company was CDK Plumbing. Dan came out and found the leaking pipe. I did not have to run a new line since he found the leak was not under my concrete slab. Dan and his crew dug up the pipe, found the leak and repaired it in a couple of hours. They even came in and cleaned out the faucet heads which collected sand debris from the leak. And his price was very reasonable. I have no doubt that any other plumber in this area would have charged me twice as much than CDK Plumbing. I can not say enough great things about Dan and CDK. This company is very honest and professional, they will be the first plumber I call in the future. Don't hesitate to hire CDK over any other plumber in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs or surrounding areas!

Had heat pump installed almost 10 years ago. Installation went very well. I needed a new one and they did a professional job.

Henry and his coworker were very diligent about checking my entire hvac system when I had a problem with the unit. Not only did they clearly communicate the main issue with my system, they also flagged a potential problem with my system (a part that was underperforming that could break the whole unit if it kept going) and provided multiple repair options understanding that I was on a budget. Overall a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team and very positive experience.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.

Like this company but the communication is terrible, text messages,calling fla. When you live in NC asking for the person who sent to you negative 0. Being given an appointment Dec.22 and then taken til 26 was a hardship left in cold with a transplant patient was frightening. Then to get no one the phone I have never experienced this with your company. We love ARS have filled out over 30 applications for heat/air and will do again but this needs to be addressed. Had a kitty litter clogged drain pipe. I found Bar D Plumbing on Google. They responded the same day and put me on their schedule for the next day. Dalton arrived early, explained my options and and best course of action. I got to watch the camera in the drain pipe! All clear here! Thank you Dalton!!

I had a water leakage coming from an outside faucet that was underground. For 2 days, I called multiple plumbers, and the responses that I received were we are either booked out 2 to 3 weeks or no return phone call.
I was referred to Out the Door Plumbing by another company that had not even been out to my house. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call from the tech Zach who advised me that he was 12 minutes away. Zach and Hutch were right on time. Within 30 minutes they had my leak fixed and were gone. I want everyone to know that my mom and I were very impressed with everthing that was done from the 1st phone call to the exact completion of the job. Even the prices was extremely reasonable. These 2 guys were truly God sent.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I had multiple issues including brown spots on the ceiling. Root-Rooter's website allowed me to easily schedule online for an appointment the next day. They sent a team including Erik and Lucas (plumbing) and Brian (water restoration) -- each of whom were very professional and knowledgeable. Importantly, they listened and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting the issues. It was as if they were a forensic team, putting ears against walls and turning water systems on and off. Given the time and manpower, I would consider a value for the price and use their services again.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
