I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend, and was able to get Sam out the next day to help. While he couldn’t solve the problem (due to no fault of his own, just happened that the blockage was on the city side of the sewer line) he was friendly, efficient, and worked hard to try to solve my problem. It was definitely expensive, but Sam was very up front and honest about the cost. And I would expect the cost for any emergency plumbing services to be relatively expensive. I appreciated the transparency, and how hard he worked to attempt to solve my problem. I would definitely call again if (Heaven forbid) I ever needed any urgent plumbing assistance.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We recently completed 2 bathroom renovations with CDK (every fixture in both bathrooms had to be moved). Dan and Don were wonderful to work with! I recently had a service call for a leaky pipe so I called Blantons. With a minor hiccup with regards to scheduling, they sent Chris out. Despite the miscommunication with scheduling (which Blantons corrected quickly and fairly), the whole process was very smooth. Chris was incredibly polite and professional, and furthermore, very intelligent and helpful. He answered all my questions, made recommendations, and even offered pleasant conversation as he worked. Chris was fantastic and I will definitely call him and Blantons for future plumbing concerns. Absolutely, would recommend he and Blantons to anyone.

The commode in our upstairs bathroom was leaking onto our kitchen ceiling downstairs. I called Streamline in the morning and they had a technician at my house before noon. They were extremely courteous and professional, starting with how my call was handled and through the repair process. My technician, Nate, did wonderful work. He took time to clearly explain the work he was doing and why. He clearly explained my options and what to expect. It was clear they are committed to educating and informing their customers and not just selling a product or service. There was no pressure. I am a very happy first time customer and would not hesitate to call them again.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.

Got up this morning to find the air conditioning was blowing hot air instead of cold -- not a good thing on a hot August day!ARS had a technician out to my house a couple of hours later. Alfredo was friendly, efficient, and fast, and the problem was fixed before lunch.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.
