Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Ivey Plumbing is incredible! I had called several plumbers to repair a leaky hot water faucet in my tub and only Mr. Ivey was able to get to me on the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and the price was very fair. I highly recommend him and will call again if I have another issue!

Best plumbers in town! They helped my wife and I with some serious plumbing issues in our house and they went above and beyond to help us solve our problems. An inlet pipe to our toilet broke below the valve on Christmas Eve. Mayhem. Jayk's kept it from becoming a National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I texted a picture of the damage, and two techs were out to our house almost immediately. They were courteous, careful, and they took the time to fix our problem without cutting through the walls. Others could have taken the easier route and hacked apart the drywall for easier access, but they saved us the extra damage. We couldn't have been happier. Thanks for saving Christmas!

The call to Jordan Plumbing was due to an issue (we found out) with the shower surround not being caulked - and water got behind the wall and mold was coming out the side of the wall. Jeffrey showed up at the house (after we paid $99 for the assessment and gas). We were not told in advance what their tiers of service charges were - my daughter paid an additional $429 for Jeffrey to Recaulk tub & shower (which were one in the same). AND, the mold on the wall was not removed! I received a call yesterday from their office and no adjustment was offered - but they did offer to come out and take care of the mold - NO THANK YOU! This is outrageous! Yes, the service fee was discussed, because I had to pay it in advance, but your tier of fees were NOT discussed. My daughter said that after the tub was caulked, she received the bill. Just not fair!

Called on a Friday morning about a water leak and Waite plumbing was able to get someone available that afternoon 3-5pm. I had already pulled out the saturated insulation and drywall to locate the leak (why would you pay a highly skilled plumber to do demo work? I think that's where some folks misunderstand the costs involved and leads to negative reviews). I'd requested the piping in the wall (the dreaded PB) be replaced down into the crawlspace so that I wouldn't have to open that wall again. He was done so fast that my wife was incredulous. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. These folks will certainly be on my list for getting bids for repiping my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again.

Piedmont Metro is the absolute best. They’ve answered frantic calls, come out immediately and have excellent pricing while being kind, thorough and patient. We’ve had an a/c unit die at the peak of summer, which they kindly got limping along until the unit we needed was delivered, and just today they answered the phone before 8a and arrived before 10a to replace the downstairs furnace. Again, keeping it affordable even with the huge inflation of costs they are incurring. Everything is left neat and debris cleaned and they’re nice to my dogs. You couldn’t ask more of a company, or the individuals working for them.

Wallace came in and provided solid, honest work to help fix and rework some plumbing in our master bathroom. He also offered advice for some future work we plan to have done in the coming months. I would not hesitate to call A & A Plumbing back for future plumbing needs.
