I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Can't say enough about how great the guys from Full Stack are to work with. I had a broken valve on the outside of the house that I couldn't shut off. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call, figured out the issue, and got it fixed. They even replaced another valve on the other side of the house to prevent the same issue from happening. JR Lane plumbing is one of the most honest plumbers i've worked with over the years. They do excellent work as well! Jimmy does not try to drive cost up through multiple service calls and will typically give recommendations on what to try to help save some costs. Jimmy has saved me alot of money by being more thorough than other plumbers who just want to charge you as much as possible via service calls and/or fixes that costs way more than they should.

I had a sewer back up issue that another plumbing company told me was a cracked line(after charging me $100 to run a camera through my drain from outside the house to my sewer...less than 8ft). The other plumber wanted to charge me $1000 to come out and dig up the pipe and lay a new pipe, again no more than 8ft. I called Jimmy, and without coming out he asked me a series of questions, leading to the fact that my house was 7-8yrs old and I had just moved in 2yrs ago AND never had my sewer drained. I did not know if the previous owners had done so either. Jimmy said that is likely the issue and referred me to a sewage company to drain my sewer, which solved the issue. I wanted to also check the pipe to ensure it was not cracked, Jimmy sent 3 guys to shovel dig the trench and check the pipe, which only cost me ~$200. Jimmy saved me anywhere from $500-$700 easy on getting this fixed.

I recommend JR Lane Plumbing if you want an experienced plumber, good customer service, and honesty!

Thanks Jimmy most of all for the honesty! At the end of the day, I have to pay someone any way, I'd rather pay someone who has great morals when it comes to dealing with their customers.

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Excellent experience working with Out the Door
to complete my septic install/modification. They clearly know what they're doing and are very fairly priced. They left the work site as clean as can be. Hard-working, responsive, on time guys. The whole experience just felt well thought out. I had not worked with them before but will definitely call them first if I need help with anything.
