He is always very responsive to my requests and my tenants are very pleased with his results. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy and experienced plumber in Raleigh. David is the man I trust for all of my plumbing needs. I've been so impressed with his work that I've referred David to multiple friends and colleagues. Our realtor recommended Brian Janes and RDU Plumbing to address a list of issues with the new home we were purchasing, including repairs, replacement of the water heater, and the installation of a whole home water. He provided us a fair and thorough estimate. He followed through arriving on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work. He went about his work quickly and efficiently and we could immediately see the results of the work. He was always available to communicate by text or phone, and reacted perfectly when we added an extra item. Brian finished on time and the bill matched the estimate. My wife told Brian he is our guy for plumbing work in the future.

I called on Friday and Antonio arrived right on time on Saturday. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at my problem, and told me all of situations that could be causing it. Afterwards, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I thought the price was extremely fair. I would recommend Blanton’s and Antonio. I will be using them again if any other problems arise.

We had a great experience with Josh B. from ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham. He communicated effectively about what was wrong and what our options were for fixing the problem. When there was a small issue with the part we needed, Josh told us right away so we could adjust our expectations. All around it was a great experience and we'll definitely use them in the future.

Dalton came to check on our water pressure issue that we were not able to self diagnose and address. He showed up on time, actually a little early, and promptly diagnosed and corrected the issue. During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
