This is a great plumbing company. During this past Holidays I was looking for a reliable plumber to fix some items for one of my properties. Emily and Linda find out the best time for one of their technicians to do the work at my house. Chris did an excellent job, I had no problems and they help me to have my house ready to close. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Tray was great. Very professional and helpful. He even tried to install a bidet seat I had bought with it but had got wrong kind (round vs elongated). It was my fault but he reinstalled original seat without any complaint in minutes. Very much appreciated.

Everything was professionally done and Jason seemed to know what he was doing.I recommend these guys; I've been working with them for years. They replaced one original contractor unit and provided another system when we added on to the house. We're asking them for an estimate for the other original unit that has lived out its lifetime.

Bar D Plumbing was able to respond to my service request for my water heater within 24 hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me quotes for replacing the malfunctioning part and for replacing the water heater entirely as mine is rather old (but they did not sell or pressure me into replacing the unit). When I asked to replace the part it was ordered immediately, and the plumber returned to my home to install it the next day. I will be using Bar D Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Did not try to talk me into replacing more than was needed at this time. Hutch was referred to me by the oringinal installer and I would not hesitate to call again.
