Fast and responsive, installed a water heater for us and a few months ago. Later when an old section of plumbing sprung a leak came right out and fixed it within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend!

They were a few minutes early to get started and finished the job a couple hours early as well. Everything was super clean and done right! 👍🏼 Great job!

I called on a Monday morning because we had started having this knocking and shaking every time we flush the toilet, or used the washing machine. They actually answered the phone! The lead plumber was able to troubleshoot and even give a range estimate over the phone and send someone out to solve our issue that very day! Everything is running fine, it cost what they said it would (on the low end), So grateful! Highly recommend.

From beginning to end, every interaction I've had with Streamline Services has been a pleasure. Scheduling our service call was a breeze, and then Streamline made things even better by letting me know both the name and picture of the specific technician that would be showing up, as well as his estimated arrival time--including a real-time map display showing the route he was taking to get here!And then there was the technician they sent. Jason (one of their plumbers) was friendly and clearly explained everything he was doing. In short order he was able to find the cause of a particularly tricky problem and fix it. That he was able to do so with a minimum of parts was fantastic!Many times the experience of working with home repair folks can be so frustrating--phone calls are never returned, scheduled appointments are missed, and the quality of the work can be low. Working with Streamline Services is nothing like that--I am really impressed. Give them a try!

Travis did an excellent job quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. He clearly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. I'm not happy with the dispatch people as I had called the day before to schedule someone to come out, when no one came and I called back after waiting all afternoon, I discovered my call never got put into the dispatch system. They did go ahead and send someone then, and Travis came, and again he did a great job.

The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
