Best Sewer Pump in Durham NC

Had a pipe burst in the ceiling wall when I came home from work late at night. Called Plumbing Services of Raleigh the very next day and talked to David, and he literally showed up 7 minutes later. No Joke. He located the broken pipe, and explained the situation in detail about why it happened and answered all of my questions. I was actually exhausted from the night before (from being waterless) and had not thought much about the pricing, but it was very competitive. It was a great surprise since I've used other plumbing companies before. Can't say thank you enough.

Had a pinhole leak in a water line. Found these guys from a next door referral. I texted them the details and Sam responded promptly. They set up an appt time and came out same day, within 2 hours of me reaching out. Kaylee did a great job to fix the problem with minimal delay, despite having to use tools in a very tight space. Nolen was there to assist and learn. Hard to find service like that these days. It is much appreciated.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. John and Joe were incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable and helped set me up with a great new HVAC system. Both were responsive, on time, and were able to answer my questions. Will continue using Streamline for all of my HVAC needs.

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.
