Andy arrived early. After diagnosing our issue, he fixed it the same day based on the severity. Quote was clear and concise. Office replied to my yelp inquiry within minutes for same day service. Andy replaced our garbage disposal, distribution system pressure gauge in tehe crawl space and fixed a toilet in about 2 hours. Very efficient!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Tim was very kind and explained the issue with the clogged sink line that goes to the main line. He was thorough and made sure that the clog was completely cleared. Tim also provided a jug of maintenance treatment liquid to keep the pipes clear over time and to avoid excessive service calls. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
