David returned our call quickly, and arrived when he said he would. He made a quick, through, and logical leak check. He found and fixed a leaking pipe right away. Another plumbing company failed to do this the day before. David knows is buisness and we really appreciate him and his work.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Did not get regular paperwork.... Itemized bill or name of water heater warrantee service inf. Lots of confusion over quote..ended up feeling like need to pay service men extra. $250.00. never felt so old and stupid. But it was my idea and I will live with it.

Drain Express is far from the cheapest, but the quality of the work is high and completed on time. If there is a continuing issue, they are easy to reach and prompt to remedy any work for which they are responsible. In the long run, Drain Express is definitely worth what they charge and in the long run the quality of the work easily makes up for any initial difference in cost. Drain Express is a family-run business, and Dickie takes pride in his work and is the most knowledgeable plumber I've dealt with in our 45 years in this house.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line.
