The AC was not working properly at my rental house and I called Blanton's based on my father's recommendation. They were out quickly, didn't try to sell me on a bunch of expensive items, but made a diagnosis and reasonable recommendations. It was all done over the phone, the tech was friendly, competent, and easily understood. I had a million things going on and thankfully did not have to worry about my rental property - thanks!

When your AC goes out it’s always trouble. Pricing always seems very high in this field so it’s hard to gauge if you got an ok deal compared to the field. Overall, JJ was kind and fixed our not working AC as he struggled in a very hot attic. Thanks!

So much wrong with this business. Save yourself time and just scroll past these people and research a different company. We still have unresolved business more then a month after installation with their installers causing MAJOR damage to our home. They still have not paid us what they said they would for the damage they caused which was over $2000.00! Please consider yourself fore warned.

Hutch and his team are the best in the business! We had major outdoor plumbing issues and needed our entire mainline replaced and regraded. During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

Troy came out on an emergency call when our pressure tank sprung a leak. Although he could not replace the tank that night (the right solution to the problem) he did a temporary fix that allowed us to have water until the next day when he replaced the tank. Great work and obviously someone who takes pride in doing things right. I would certainly call them again if I had other plumbing problems.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.

I was very satisfied with the service. The plumber was very pleasant in knowledgeable and did a very good job of removing the old kitchen faucet and installing the new. The cost, $215, was more than I had expected but worth it because I could not perform the job myself.

We used Greene Hunt for some plumbing work last week, and it was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Please don't ever use them. I would give zero stars if Google would let me.

We needed to have a defunct garbage disposal removed and a basket strainer installed in our kitchen sink. After noting right off the bat that a deep strainer would be necessary since the basin of our sink is thicker than the standard, the technician told me the whole job would cost $187. Once the job was completed, however, I instead received an invoice for $320. This new price didn't make sense to me because (1) it was not what we had agreed to and (2) a total of $320 for this job would have amounted to almost $200/hour for labor, and the average labor charge for plumbers is about $85/hour.

After contacting the company to correct what I thought was an honest mistake, the technician proceeded to misrepresent our initial agreement and then flat out lied to me, claiming he didn't know upfront that a deep strainer would be needed. When confronting him for lying, he became extremely angry and hung up the phone on me after running out of excuses. I subsequently made an attempt to hash things out with the owner, who surprisingly insisted on backing up his technician's lie, claiming that I had misunderstood the initial pricing agreement and asserting that I was being unreasonable for not agreeing to the arbitrary price inflation.

I've had my fair share of customer service mishaps, but never have I been treated with such rudeness or indignation, especially by the owner of a company. Bottom line: I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Funny how it took a public negative review to get my first apology from Greene Hunt. Actually, the technician was quite clear in how he intended to price that portion of the job, and y'all simply tried to deceive me after the fact. There was no effort made to improve the customer experience; charging me the price that we agreed to initially is simply what should have happened in the first place. When I told you that I would be mailing you a check for the price that we agreed to initially, you wrote back that I was being horribly unreasonable and sarcastically wished me a good weekend. You stubbornly waived my invoice out of pettiness, indignation, and scorn to spite me, not as a gesture of goodwill or some effort to genuinely resolve the situation. By refusing payment for the original agreement, you arguably managed to make this already unbearable situation even worse, leaving me to awkwardly feel like a freeloader and you to forego compensation for a completed job, essentially maximizing the dissatisfaction for both parties in this insufferable transaction. If you've somehow managed to make it this far down in the review, do yourself a favor and use another plumber!

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. You are a great duo!!!

Was able to get same day plumbing service for clogged toilet. Assigned plumber was warm personable, professional & efficient. Fees for service was reasonable w/ warranty. Will definitely use company in future if need arise.
