I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a bad experience testing the outlets of our new home, and he took the time to address all of our concerns and walk us through what he found. He checked every outlet and completed an evaluation of our home. He gave us valuable advice and several flexible quotes for home improvement projects. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Highway robbery at its best, here at ARS! I called ARS's 24/7 emergency line to get my AC back up and running. Their emergency response was we'll send someone out to fix it tomorrow. Good thing for that emergency line... I explained to the receptionist that I had tried replacing my thermostat, but the wiring was too short to hookup the new unit. She says no problem, we'll get that taken care of tomorrow. 24 hours later with no AC (July in NC), I receive a (late) call from Jeff, a service technician, who says that he can only come out if I buy their thermostat (for a small one time fee of $200) in addition to the install. It would have been nice to have known this when I initially set up the service appointment and my family and dogs went an entire day without AC. Thanks ARS! Be smart, read the other negative reviews listed here. They have a history of doing this to their customers.UPDATE 08/01/15Shortly after posting this review, I received calls from two individuals with ARS, asking me to amend my review. I am disappointed that it took a negative review to get attention for my problem. I am also disappointed that instead of owning responsibility for your mistake, your response to my google review has given the appearance that my service appointment was either incorrectly set up in your system (or never setup at all). I find it hard to believe that you couldn't locate me in your records, as I received 2 follow up calls (which were made only after I posted this review).

I’ve added these guys to my computer file of trusted repair professionals. They arrive when they say they will and are friendly. They explain what’s going on. Their prices seem reasonable. They unclogged a toilet and also installed a cool tankless water heater. They were the only one of four plumbers I asked about that project who actually knew where the thing was supposed to be placed, not only legally but logically/efficiently.

my 85+ year old house officially has installed and running new 'bloodlines' ... at least to all downstairs waterworks.
This company did a perfect job. And cleaned up 94% behind themselves too!!
I still need a carpenter to clean up some spaces that gave them access to the pipes.
and I'm guessing Greene Hunt has a few to recommend... tbd

For the age of the house ... I might have lost a tiny bit of vintage (old water fixtures, etc.) but the loss is still a gain made up for in performance of water pressure.
My hot water had become a trickle in my kitchen.
My shower was running almost 100% hot to just make it hot enough.
Replumbing isn't a small thing..
It was a big job that I was sweating over ...
Green Hunt's professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. I got two estimates and these guys were not the cheaper of the two - but they're attention to detail was evident from the beginning and was worth the comfort it gave me.
I'm only typing all this because I know from experience (again ... 85+ year old house) how hard it to find a plumber that is this good...
I've made decisions based on mostly on price before - and down the road paid for it again due to corners cut and details fudged.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!
