David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

Josh replaced my 2 bathroom faucets as part of a master bathroom refresh. He was professional and super personable, explained what he was doing, and gave tips on how to keep sinks running clean. He double checked for leaks, cleaned up everything and ensured everything was seated properly. I would definitely call him back if needed for other projects.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

Justin did a great job from start to finish changing an air duct in my crawl space! He was on time, very professional and experienced. Now I have peace of mind!!

Out the Door Plumbing did a great job replacing all of the cast iron pipe in my house.
They were early to the appointment and left the job site better then it was before they started.
They explained everything they were doing along the way. They were professional and polite. Great group of people.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

The two techs who came in to fix our bathroom did an excellent job. They were courteous, friendly, and very professional. They fixed the problem we knew about and fixed one that we had not noticed. They left the area clean.

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
