Matt did a wonderful job installing our tankless water heater! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He showcased his finished work, let me know if the next steps I needed to do(electrician for grounding) and showed me how to operate my new water heater.

This company was sent to my by my home warranty company for a plumbing issue. I initially spoke with Hutch who was professional, courteous and prompt with scheduling a technician to come out. Prior to their arrival, I was able to identify and resolve the issue myself, however they were happy to still come out and run the cameras down my pipes to ensure there was no underlying issue. Not only did they provide this service but they did so free of charge. My technician Zach was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact Out The Door Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Piedmont Metro is the absolute best. They’ve answered frantic calls, come out immediately and have excellent pricing while being kind, thorough and patient. We’ve had an a/c unit die at the peak of summer, which they kindly got limping along until the unit we needed was delivered, and just today they answered the phone before 8a and arrived before 10a to replace the downstairs furnace. Again, keeping it affordable even with the huge inflation of costs they are incurring. Everything is left neat and debris cleaned and they’re nice to my dogs. You couldn’t ask more of a company, or the individuals working for them.

After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my regular plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!
