Best Septic Pump in Durham NC
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! These guys were fast and prompt and VERY knowledgeable!! They were able to see me next day for what we thought was minor snaking job. Turned out to be a little more extensive then we thought. They were able to figure out the issue and come up with a solution AND come the next day to do everything needed! I felt like they cared and were actually trying to do what was best for my situation and with reasonable pricing! Our guy Josh communicated with me every single step of the way and went above and beyond! These guys will be my go to from now on!!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. You are a great duo!!!

Your pricing method requires serious modification that adjusts for time spent by the technician. Before any work began, I was quoted $425 to unclog the drain.Removing the clog in my bathroom drain required approximately 15 minutes of the technician's time. The charge was $376.25 (including a $75 coupon via website). This charge is in contrast to a previous job by this same technician that required a full day's work for which the charge was $700+. I will NEVER recommend Roto-Rooter based on their price gouging methodology.

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

I had recently purchased a house and with the summer just arriving, my ac decided it wasn't going to work this summer. Luckily the guys over at Piedmont Metro got my unit fixed just in time as the humidity hit. Great work guys and thank you for the service.

They arrived in time with a professional attitude and went above and beyond to get my busted water pipe sorted.

After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my regular plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!
