I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I discovered Legacy Plumbing a few years ago after being constantly ripped-off by companies that spend lots on money advertising on TV. I have found them to be incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. Over the past 2 weeks, I had a couple of incredible experiences with them that I still cannot believe. Last week, I asked them to replace my 30+ year-old sump pump that was enclosed in a basin in the floor between my washer and dryer. In the 30 year's I've owned the house it has never been serviced. Finally, fate caught up with me and it died. I knew it would be an ordeal to replace and it was. But Mike stuck with it most of the day finding an appropriate replacement, custom fitting a cover, replacing pipes, etc. I was shocked at how reasonable the bill was and I was a very satisfied customer. Earlier this week, fate struck again, and I realized that something was not right with the sump pump or associated parts. I called Legacy again and Mike returned this morning. He spent 3.5 hours diagnosing and fixing the problem which ended up being a blockage in the pipe leading into the main sewage line. When he said goodbye, I asked him to bring me the bill. He told me that he had talked with his supervisor and that there would be no charge. I was absolutely stunned because I knew how difficult this had been. He said he found a piece of plastic that blocked the line, and it MAY have been a part of the old pump that he missed. Thus, there would be no charge. If you're looking for a customer friendly, professional plumbing company with incredible integrity, Legacy Plumbing in Raleigh is incredible.

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness I received from this company. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Wow! Doesn't get better than this. Above and beyond the best plumber...and we unfortunately had to experience our fair share with our commercial and residential properties. They were able to diagnose and problem solve a bathroom issue that stumped several other plumbers and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars of costly repairs that were not necessary. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable.

Service was on time and PROFESSIONAL. Immediately responded to my call and were at my home repairing my faucet and toilet the next day. Prices were FAIR and employees were a pleasure to have in my home!

Fixed 3 long running plumbing issues. Discussed modernizing plumbing, which we may well do.

Mr. Edwin Lazo, the licensed plumber, arrived on time and proceeded to access the slow leaking pipe. He let us know at each step what was happening. We were surprised to learn we had four leaks instead of just the one we had previously thought. Mr. Lazo repaired the water line, finished the job in a timely manner plus he made sure everything was neat and clean before he left. In addition, he assisted in locating our main shut off valve in our home.

Throughout the process Mr. Lazo was personable and professional.
