We have been using Carrboro Plumbing for 2 years now, and they are, hands down, the best contractor we've ever worked with. The service level is unparalleled and the workmanship is better than any other plumber we've ever worked with (by far). The team is responsive and fast, and you can really tell that this is a family-run business. Chris, Emily, and Linda typically get back to me within a few hours for standard things; they get back to me ASAP when it's an emergency. And we've had a bunch of the team out for projects and they're all top notch. Jeff and Corey are the two we've worked with most and the quality of their work is incredible. We've never had any issues. I'm always so impressed with how much they hustle, too. On projects where they charge hourly, they make really efficient use of time. They're definitely trying to add the most value for the homeowner. I feel like finding a good plumber is critical to being a homeowner. I do handy things around the house, but I leave plumbing to the pros. And this team is consummately professional. I recommend them to everybody who needs a plumber, and I feel very lucky that I found them.

He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Another excellent job, this time by Mike Christ from full stack Plumbing. Mike replaced and repaired all the plumbing fittings underneath my sink, and installed a new garbage disposal. Full stack was very responsive to my need for service on a short notice situation. I've been very satisfied with each of my three occasions to use full stack for my plumbing needs!

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

We've used a variety of plumbers at our house, and Bull City Plumbing is by far the best. The owner, Tray Boone, is an awesome guy and a great plumber. He quickly diagnosed a problem we were having with the hot water in our shower and fixed it during a subsequent visit in the amount of time it took me to walk my dogs around the block. I've had other plumbers try to charge an arm and a leg for parts, but Tray had the new shower part directly shipped to us at no cost. I'd definitely use Bull City Plumbing again, and encourage you to give them a call.

Brian was fantastic! We had a leak through our ceiling due to bad plumbing in our guest bathroom and he was quickly able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. He was very friendly and professional.

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. Today our AC Unit went out and we had to call ARS...Even though it was Sunday, the tech (Anthony) came out and was TOTALLY professional, courteous, and thorough. He took his time in explaining the issue with the system, answered our questions, and resolved the issue. We purchased the monthly service plan in order to be prepared for the future.
