Best Repair And Replacement in Durham NC

Let me start by saying how satisfied I am with the work David Dobbs did today. I'll called him at 7:20 this morning, he called me back in two minutes, and excepted the my job to replace the water heater. David told me he would arrive at my place at noon but to my surprise he was here 15 minutes early. After a 40 minute diagnosis, he was off to the plumbing supply house to get all the materials needed to replace the bad water heater. At 3-ish we were sitting at my table for payment, the water heater was installed, and David was on his way. I would recommend David to anyone because he's courteous , affordable, and gets the job done in a timely manner.

My well pump failed at night after 8 pm. After Hours arrived promptly and replaced the pump. Thoroughly checked my system. Matt the technician was First Rate. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I most strongly recommend this business and this technician. 5stars, AAA+

I called PlumbServ at around 8:30 am due to water issues. Kaylee and Ken showed up at around 10:00 and had things fixed by noon. They were professional and worked efficiently. PlumbServ's prices are the best and they do not try to price gouge their customers. Bonus points for being a local family-owned small business. I highly recommend PlumbServ for any plumbing issues. I would give Kaylee, Ken and PlumbServ 10 stars if i could. Thank you for being such a great company!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. Twice now we've called them with backed up/clogged drains that basically shut our house down. Both times they were onsite either same day or first thing next morning, both times they solved the problem pronto with no guesswork, upselling, or delays. We had an amazing experience with Blanton's. Jon Hall was our Comfort Consultant and went through the whole process of options and financing for a new HVAC unit. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the team of Jeremy Paul & Tyler Edwards who installed the system for us. The level of technical proficiency was so impressive. They had the old system out and the new one installed and fully operational in 4 hours! That right there is Team Work!! Mr. Lane is very knowledgeable and helpful, as were the guys who came to do the work. Also, I love the fact that in most instances they were able to come the next day. Will definitely use again!

I am just in the process of getting quotes but still want to give credit where it is due. Right now, Streamline is at the top of my list because Paul Green who came out to do the quote for my project was extremely professional and, even better, THOROUGH. I am not sure who I will be hiring for roughing in the plumbing for my project, but Streamline Services is currently at the top of my list for his expertise. Keep up the great work.

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...

Highway robbery at its best, here at ARS! I called ARS's 24/7 emergency line to get my AC back up and running. Their emergency response was we'll send someone out to fix it tomorrow. Good thing for that emergency line... I explained to the receptionist that I had tried replacing my thermostat, but the wiring was too short to hookup the new unit. She says no problem, we'll get that taken care of tomorrow. 24 hours later with no AC (July in NC), I receive a (late) call from Jeff, a service technician, who says that he can only come out if I buy their thermostat (for a small one time fee of $200) in addition to the install. It would have been nice to have known this when I initially set up the service appointment and my family and dogs went an entire day without AC. Thanks ARS! Be smart, read the other negative reviews listed here. They have a history of doing this to their customers.UPDATE 08/01/15Shortly after posting this review, I received calls from two individuals with ARS, asking me to amend my review. I am disappointed that it took a negative review to get attention for my problem. I am also disappointed that instead of owning responsibility for your mistake, your response to my google review has given the appearance that my service appointment was either incorrectly set up in your system (or never setup at all). I find it hard to believe that you couldn't locate me in your records, as I received 2 follow up calls (which were made only after I posted this review).

I contacted them in the morning and had someone to check out my water heater 20 minutes later. The job was done before evening. I appreciate the honesty and expertise. Highly recommend!

These guys were at my house within 10min of me calling them. Thankfully nothing extremely serious but they were able to get eyes on it and give me advice on moving forward.
They’ve got our business should we ever need plumbing service in the future.

Pat and I want to repeat to you what a good job Out Door Plumbing did in putting in our new water line. A job that was not routine. The line you installed was 530 ft from road to house and further you needed to connect to the house without breaking through our concrete garage floor.
You said that you and your crew would put in the new water line in about 2 days. But you organized the work so it was accomplished in one day. Not only that but you left the job without any visible damage to our property. You said when completed, we would not know you had been here— and it was true!

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I called Thursday at 7pm for a leaking hot water heater and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. (Spoke to Karen - she was great!) Eric showed up at 8:30 and was helpful and professional. I have a new hot water heater in less then 24 hours for a reasonable price.
