I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

He had the most reasonable price and worked with my home warranty company to provide the information needed so I could file a claim accurately. He even answered a number of my questions after the service was completed, including volunteering some valuable maintenance tips. Highly recommended. Lane Plumbing is the only plumbing company we’ve used for over 10+ years. The staff is awesome and their work is out of this world. They have done work from simple drain clog to major water line replacement for us. They are very reliable and committed to their work. In my opinion there’s not enough stars to rate this company.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

After spending about a half hour of looking at the equipment the repair guy from ARS said I needed to call an electrician, he couldn’t fix it, the outside unit wasn’t working at all.So I had two HVAC technicians take a look. They found the outside switch box open & the circuit breaker to the AC switched off. I guess the ARS guy was having an off day when he was here. I paid $239.00 to Bud Matthews. I have requested that ARS reimburse me that amount because if their technician had done his job properly I would not have had to get someone else to do the job. I spoke with someone at the ARS office who said she would contact accounting and someone would get in touch with me soon. I’m waiting.

Axis replaced my 20 years old water tank yesterday and I had chance to meet with the owner Joe and his crew Cam and another crew member later join them to move the 75gal heavy tank from the attic. They professionally cover the stairways with plastics and use blankets to soak any potential drips from the tank. The whole process was fast and professionally carried out. I am most impressed by Cam. He was very polite and courteous during the whole process from setting up to finishing and cleaning up. I also patiently explain how to safely use the water tank under both normal and emergency situation. I strongly recommend Axis Plumbing and will get their help for all future projects.
