Outstanding service all around. Sent email listing a number of projects I needed to have done in home I had recently purchased. (Remove old toilet ... Service and Adjust tankless whole house hot water heater units ... remove outside island sink and cap drain and water lines ... clean slow drains ... etc.); I had done my research before selecting Carrboro Plumbing and I was not disappointed. Jeff arrived ahead of schedule and tackled every project listed in four hours. I was amazed and thought it would take two trips. He even crawled the entire house crawl space to cap the outside sink and drain lines under the crawl. Jeff discovered one of the tankless hot water units had a bad element , ordered a new part, and returned to replace it. Five Plumbing Wrenches Up! Great Job and Service!

David Dobbs installed a new water heater for me earlier today. I have used him before and he is very reliable about the time he says he is going to show up and is always willing to answer any questions you may have about the installation or repair. I have felt comfortable recommending him to any of my neighbors and friends in the Raleigh area.

We called them to get a second opinion after a previous plumber told us we had to replace all of our toilets and he was able to fix 2 toilets without replacement - saving us thousands of dollars according to the quote from our first plumber. This was our second great experience with them so for sure using this company in the future!

Just had our leaking water heater replaced by Brian. What a pleasure to deal with a professional that knows what he’s doing and seems to really care about the level of service he is providing.Also, very competitive pricing!

We used CDK Plumbing to plumb a bathroom and two extra sink areas in a basement we are finishing. The first time they came out they were professional and courteous. Yesterday, the came out to finish the job, since the drywall and painting was done, by putting in the toilet and sink. The first problem with communication came when they failed to call me or my husband to let us know they were coming out. I was surprised when they rang the doorbell as I was getting ready to leave for work. Since I didn't know they were coming, I had not arranged to work from home nor did I have anyone who was able to stay at the house that day. I let them in, showed them around and told them to call me if they needed anything. I remarked that the lead guy was not the same one who had been out here doing the work the first time. When I came home, I was surprised to find 8 holes in the ceiling where they were looking for a valve shut-off. Many of the holes are as big as my head. First of all, I think they should have written down where they had installed the valve on our paperwork, so that if they weren't going to send the same guy out, it would have been well documented. Alternatively, in this age of camera phones, they could have taken pictures after everything was installed, to document where they had installed all the valves - this is what the electrician had done. Finally, NOBODY CALLED US! I would think it would be a policy that if you were to cut into the drywall, you would CALL THE HOMEOWNER first. We remembered where the valves were installed and could have, with a 5 minute phone call, instructed them on the location so that they would have had to only make one or maybe two holes looking for it - NOT 8! I cannot fathom what when through their heads after hole, say 5, to not think - maybe I should contact the homeowner and let them know I'm turning their brand new, perfect, expensive, painted drywall into swiss cheese. At no point in time were either my husband nor I contacted by them. Not even when they were done; so we were left to discover this mistake by ourselves. This company waisted time (how long does it take to cut 8 separate holes? how long will it take us to fix 8 separate holes?) and money (How much will it cost us, an expense that they say is ours deal with). Communication is cheap and easy. Communication is the key to a happy homeowner. A 5 minute call would have saved the company from this bad review. I would not recommend CDK Plumbing until they review their communication policy and make sure they keep the homeowners in the loop.

Update: I have now spoken with our contractor, who takes partial responsibility for the above situations, since he approved ONE hole to be cut into the ceiling. The owner of CDK has also called and apologized for the mistake. I appreciate how he took responsibility for the situation. He has promised to pay for the repair. Therefore I am raising my review by one star.

I should come here and do a review long time ago, but today they have the nerve to call me again to offer me they tune up service. What a joke.O march 27 of this year they came to my place, fix my ac and charge me 1503,00.Invoice number 5319587Man, I was happy. Technician say I should be ok for a long time, since I choose to pay for a recommended AC renew oil treatment that cost me $ 708,00 on the top of the work they have done.After a month, AC is not working again. Call them, since they told me I have a warranty.Well, a different technician arrive this time, from this same company and told me that I need a new unit, and believe or not, say the previous technician, from his own company, should not have done what he did to fix my unit.I ask if will be credit for what I already paid for, and off course, the answer was no.However, he told me they will be really happy to set up a appointment to sell me a new unit.So nice of them don't you think? Already rip me off in 1500 and want to get more...Can you trust a scam company like that????I don't think so.And they keep calling me, and I keep telling the callers the history of what they did, and ask if they plan to give my money back. Just for fun.Off course, the people who call get surprised and kind of disoriented with the conversation. But they keep calling, what prove that they are no only incompetents but also very disorganized and probably manage by a bunch of idiots.Stay away from them.

These guys are awesome. Responded within hours of my first call. We had no water and needed a new well pump. Very professional and polite.. Completed the job without cutting corners. I highly recommend.

I removed a closet / pantry as part of a kitchen remodel. There were supply lines and waste lines for an upstairs laundry room located in one of the walls for removal. Warren & Sons relocated the lines to another wall location that was to remain. They did great work, were very nice in my home, left the job neat, and gave me a great price. I would recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone.
