I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Clogged toilet. Full Stack Plumbing was the only service willing and able to come within 24 hours. Receptionist was pleasant and professional and even called back to apologize for not being able to fit me in sooner. They came within the scheduled window and took care of the clog.

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Streamline is amazing and have a customer for life. Lost our hot water on Thanksgiving, called the day after. Was worried with the holiday they couldn't get to us, but they were at our house an hour after I called. Jaden was our plumber, was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and was happy to teach and explain what he was doing. I like that they text updates and send a picture of the person coming so you know who to expect. We signed up for their membership to get yearly service for plumbing and electric and bi-yearly HVAC. Just so happy with the service they give. They really did help us smile today! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.ADDED 12/15/2022: Today we had our first check-up (electrical) with our membership. Jacob was our electrician. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was able to tell me what needs to be addressed without pushing unneeded services on us. Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...

I called ARS to repair a previous issue they worked on with my HVAC. They sent Mike A. for the 2nd visit. He diagnosed the problem and even showed me the problem on the HVAC system so that I knew what needed to be done. That was very reassuring because he explained things in terms that I understand. He subtracted what I paid on the first visit ( a different tech) to the quote for the second diagnstic and repairs. I haven't commissioned the repairs yet but I'm glad to see they honor their policy. I will update this once I commission the work.FYI: Always make the tech show you the problems. Dont just take their word for it or you calling for a second diagnosis testing.
