We called After Hours because our water heater wasn't working. He called me to let me know GPS showed he was 15 minutes away, and showed up at that time. He was fast and efficient. He was able to relight the pilot and did so without charge! AND he told me that if it went out again, it meant that a particular part was bad. He put notes in our file and pictures and serial numbers, so that if we called again, they'd know exactly what we needed and could bring it with them when they came out. I was very impressed with the service and courtesy. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Nick took his time to explain what was the issue that was going on in the bathroom and then gave us options to choose on how to fix it. Once that was complete, he did a walk-through in the house and around the house to see what other repairs that could be done and if we were able to make those repairs at that time. He gave us three packages that we could choose from, and we took option two to make the initial chief complaint that I had and also fix a secondary issue that was not in the original plan. Something that the Lowe’s water heater installers should have done when putting the water heater in. Once everything was complete, he walked through and explained the finished products and warranties that came with the service. Every step of the way, he asked if I was happy with his service. And I’m honestly glad that he was the technician for the job.

Lane Plumbing came out to my home to fix a Pressure Reducing Valve. Daniel the technician was great from the start and noticed an additional problem that we had at our cut off. He pointed this out to me before doing any work, explained in clear detail and showed me the evidence to support his findings. They were competitively priced and efficient with their work. I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

This was our first time working with Streamline and it was a great experience. They were able to get someone out to help us within hours (wasn't even an urgent issue). Our plumbing professional Matt went above and beyond to help us out. He addressed our issues in a timely manner and even took it upon himself to inspect the rest of our house, and gave us some very helpful guidance. Alfredo Olivo and Christian Martinez did a wonderful, very hard job for us sealing our basement, installing a dehumidifier and putting down new vinyl for us. They worked so hard, got the job done, cleaned everything up beautifully.
