I would give this business ten stars if that were an option. Matt did just an amazing job with the repairs and was courteous and professional to boot. This actually was the best experience I have ever had with a home repair!! I could hardly believe my luck. I had to replace my washing machine and found that the water shut-off valves would not shut off. A bad moment. To make matters much worse, I could not operate the water shut off valve to my house. Matt appeared at the time promised, quickly diagnosed the issues and the needed repairs and was back out to do the repairs in a day. All the valves were replaced with amazing efficiency plus Matt explained everything as he went. I could not recommend this business (especially Matt!!!) more highly.

This business is professional from start to finish. They responded promptly to my call and telephoned me to give an exact arrival time. The new sewer pipe works great. I will call them with any future plumbing issues. Thank you!!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Mitchell and his apprentice Jacob were very professional. He ran the diagnostic and came up with the proper fix. Even though they didn't have the parts needed on hand, they ran to the supply house and obtained the parts and came back in a timely fashion and performed the install. The gentleman that owns drain Express is very nice and a decent person

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Ted came right out and gave us great advice on what the problem was. Did not take advantage of us when maybe others would have. Very patiently explained the issue multiple times so that my wife and I had a clear understanding. Will definitely use him again for plumbing issues.
