Best Main Line Drain Cleaning in Durham NC

Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

My well pump failed at night after 8 pm. After Hours arrived promptly and replaced the pump. Thoroughly checked my system. Matt the technician was First Rate. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I most strongly recommend this business and this technician. 5stars, AAA+

Having an underground leak with a water feed pipe to the house from the road to the house. I myself dug the hole up where the leak was and found the leak hoping to be able to fix it myself. Afte locating the leak and realizing this was a little above my expertise, I called Plumbserv. The graciously responded same day without the issue being and emergency response call. After seeing the issue the technicians tried to locate the water meter shut off. Tried for well over an hour to locate the meter for shut off and could not. They charged me a service call fee of $150.00 for about nothing. After a week of waiting for NC811 to locate the water meter at the edge of the property i had Plumbserve come back out to fix the pipe.
This is where it gets good.
The technician was great. Fixed the pipe correctly, timely and purposely left the hole open for in case the pipe was not fixed correctly and did not charge me at that time for the repairs. It was when i was satisfied with the repair that i was to call the office and pay the fees. I called to pay the fees and the office associate was awesome and was able to roll the earlier fees i paid into that bill i needed to pay for the final bill and that was over the top awesome. Please don't hesitate to call these guys to have them work on you plumbing needs. I will recommend to anyone to call them, they were great.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We had a small leak in one of the fittings at our tankless water heater. Ben made the repairs quickly and professionally. We’ll definitely be using Full Stack for any future plumbing needs.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. My hot water heater broke and we were out of hot water for days due to weekend logistics. I wanted to install a tankless hot water heater, and we were starting to feel a little deperate.After trying to work with several different companies with very suboptimal results I found service line.The experience I had with serviceline from the office call to the installation was exceptional. I was very pleasantly surprised.I called and Spoke to Brenda? I think was her name(I have a bad memory for names). I explained my situation and she was very empathetic and set me up a first call of the morning estimate and at our mutual agreement the technician ready to install if pricing worked out.My technician Greg was super professional. He explained technical details in a way that was understandable. Everything was so organized and hassle free I was impressed. A truly outstanding experience dealing with contract work.He quarterbacked the install which had many moving parts for a tankless hot water heater. From customer service skills, professionalism, organization and execution, he was a rockstar.The electrician they broiled in, I worked with briefly appeared to be excellent also.I can go on, but you get the idea. These folks, from my initial call to my outstanding technician were gems.

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.

CALL ANY OTHER A/C company. I hired them to inspect my A/C and was told included A/C drain line cleaning. he said he was done ,I did not see him clean the line , so I asked him about the line cleaning. He said he cut the drain line and blow through it so it did not need cleaning, then he said he glued it back together. Well that was a lie he did not cut or glue the line , because it does not have a couple in it. So he lied because he was in a hurry you did not check it. So I call the office to complain, they very flippant about it. Many other good companies out there that will not lie to you about something so stupid.

Dalton was professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue in a timely manner.

I am very happy with the plumbing service provided at my home by Wake Forest Plumbing over many years. Most recently, Wake Forest Plumbing installed a new septic lift pump and a new 75-foot sewer and water lateral line at my home. In the past they have done other work at my home such as installing a toilet and installing a water heater. All of the work is of high quality and at a fair price. The recent work was a big job, and I had an opportunity to talk with numerous representatives of the company, including the Owner, the Office Manager, and the plumbers. It is clear to me that all of the representatives of this company work well together as a team. They are very honest, thorough, friendly, polite, and hard-working.
