Best Leak Detection in Durham NC

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

Appreciate Sim's diligence in checking every last possibility.... and finding the problem!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. We've been customers of Streamline Services for a few year now, and have always been very happy with how responsive and timely they are. We recently made the decision to do a plumbing upgrade for our entire home, and to add a full house water filtration system. A big thank you to Steven Cravey, the primary technician, for the truly beautiful - almost artistic - work that he did. The pipes are so neatly installed, that you almost have to search for them along our crawlspace ceiling. Big difference compared to how some of our old pipes were hanging in the air. Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

Newer AC wasn’t cooling. ARS came out and said we need a new. Part ($4000) under warranty but $2500 for labor. Asked how long it would take to install and reply was 4 to 5 hours, but that’s a standard labor cost. Decided to get a second opinion from another company. Pressure in acoil was perfect. Nothing wrong with AC. Might have had a damper stick and that self corrected after unit thawed out. NO repair needed! Highly recommend you get a second opinion when using ARS for a potentially expensive repair.
