I contacted Carrboro plumbing for a quote, and while we ended up self-solving our leak, they were so incredibly responsive and helpful via email. Any future issues we will certainly be using their services!

I called, and in less than 24 hours my disposal is working and the new faucet is installed. They even were able to send a technician a little earlier than promised.

First they sent an inspector out to make sure the technician could help me and the leak wasn’t hurting the rest of my home. Then Lesmond #927 was on time, thoughtful and helped me pick my best option- on a Sunday! I didn’t have to take off work! He made sure I was aware of all the details and pricing.He also cleaned up- He is very professional and a great value to the company! I will need more work in the future and I hope I can request Lesmond, but I’m confident whoever works for me will do a great job! The pricing was a bit on the high side, but for a Sunday and a great job I am highly satisfied!

Eugene was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a clogged toilet for 6 months now in a bonus room, I just couldn’t afford to have the toilet take off for a snake. He came in, found the main pipes and determined that never needed to happen and within 15 minutes, had it cleared out never having to remove the toilet. Very grateful and happy!

Exactly what I was looking for in a contractor!
I discovered Jordan Plumbing when I came home one day and saw his truck parked in front of my neighbor's house where Mr. Jordan was working on a job. I had contacted my regular go-to plumbing service twice before this, but they never replied back to the VMs I left them, so I stepped over to my neighbor's home and asked him to stop by my house across the street when he was done to give me an estimate to fix some plumbing issues I was having, and he did. He assessed the problems, determined what would have to be done to fix them, and wrote up an estimate for how much it would costs me and when he was available to do the repairs.
The things I look for in a contractor upon meeting them or hiring them for the first time, in order of importance, are:
courtesy/respect/professionalism
expertise/trustworthiness/costs
reliability/dependability/integrity
Because of my history of having worked in certain fields in the past, I have a little knowledge about the issues of my home that require the services of a contractor, and can thus often determine when first talking to them if they know what they are talking about, and if they are charging me what I believe to be more than what I think is fair.
After talking with Mr. Jordan, then hiring him to perform the work I needed done, and seeing the results of his work, I would recommend him to anyone who requires plumbing work:
He was straight-forward, direct and communicated clearly to me what would need to be done;
When he was doing the work, he kept me informed about any unforseen issues he ran into and laid out for me what would need to be done to overcome the issues;
His prices were more than reasonable for the work he performed
He and his crew were punctual, courteous, respectful and professional to me & my family.
He finished the repairs in less time than I thought it would take
Whenever I find a contractor that meets all my needs from a repair and expertise standpoint, as well as those regarding courtesy, respect, etc., I make sure to get their card/contact info and then tend to use only them going fwd, because I know who I'm dealing with and what I'm getting when I hire them, and Jordan Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service because of the great job they did and how they did it...
Thanks Mr. Jordan to you and your crew for the great work you performed on my home. My family and I are grateful for the work you did!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.
There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
