We had an incredible experience with Carrboro Plumbing. We have used them twice so far. The company is run by a local couple. They are very responsive, professional and they do great work in a faster time frame than most local companies.

This was a great Service Call. Keith He was excellent. Spent plenty of time checking the units and figuring out the problem. I would really recommend these guys!!!The new evaporator coil was ordered and delivered in the time Chris said. They scheduled an appointment for installation. He did a great job of replacing. Still a great companySo this was a different situation. I needed some plumbing Help. Allen the technician was thorough and gave me various options to complete the repairs I needed. This company is very service and customer oriented. I had a problem with my shower draining properly. Technician Dalton came out and resolved the issue. Very professional and cordial. I will certainly use them again.

Have used Jayk’s on 3 different occasions, and each time has been great. Latest call was last minute, just a week before the Christmas holiday. They were able to fit us in and didn’t charge extra. Always punctual with clear pricing up front, and we’ve always been pleased with the quality of their work.

I believe good service deserves to be recognized. My home's sewage plumbing was old, 1920's in some spots, and it finally just wouldn't work anymore. It started to back up into the bathtub. Roto-Rooter had the equipment and technology to diagnose and repair the old plumbing very efficiently, and got the water flowing again in just a few hours. I was so impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. I would highly recommend DeWayne Owens, General Manager, and the team from Raleigh, NC for any type of plumbing repair you may need. I am very impressed!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

Rob is a super nice guy he will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs, personally I won't use anyone else now for my plumbing work, reliable, honest, friendly and affordable

Prompt, courteous help for an urgent problem--backed-up sewer line! All was resolved quickly, and everything was explained clearly to me.

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
